The Bruiser/Bully Buck of 2010/11

This photo was taken on January 3rd, 2011.  Conventional wisdom is that bucks put on weight up until the start of the rut in late October and then lose up to 25% of their body size thru the rut and winter.  This guy is still a monster in January.  He's the buck that I've been calling the "backward buck" because he has a rear facing tine on the left side.  Here's a few other recent photos of him.

Look at the body size difference even compared to this nice trophy 8 point.

Can't see the rack in this shot but it can only be the body of this bruiser buck.
Another January photo of him
I don't know for sure who is responsible but there are at least three bucks showing up on camera sporting only one antler.  I have to believe that the bruiser is the responsible party.  During archery season, I saw a very impressive 5 x 0 buck.  The buck in this photo is a 4 x 0.
Could be the same 4 x 0.
On the left side of this photo is a zero x 4.
Probably the same one as above.
4 x 0 (opposite of above buck).

Anyway, next year we need to remove the bully early in the season before he has the chance to beat up on all the other guys.
