On the porch upon arrival - probably the biggest spider that I've ever seen in the wild.
I checked out the main field and once again, the wasps were resident. I fought them one more time. What we really need is a good freeze.
So, I went to the barn stand to avoid the wasps (and the fumes). What I got was swarms of ladybugs (Asian Beetles). Neither the photo nor this video do justice to the numbers Ladybug swarms
This is the underside of the driveway stand. Who is eating these posts? Mice?
Anyway, almost 80 degrees and nothing moving from the barn stand. I got honked at by some does on my walk in after dark.
It was a nice sunset.
I flew the drone this weekend - three times.

I cleaned up and dumped the remnants of the pumpkins and gourds.
I took the old Ranger out for a spin and it died. I had to recruit Joan to drive the tow truck.
We made it but it was a little hairy on some of the steep sections. Not sure what's wrong with the Ranger - bad gas?
I checked on the ladder and hanging stands. I put up the safety tie off straps.
The seat lacing is bad on this stand near the barn. I have to remember to do something about that.
Red Fox (white tail tip).
Grey Fox (black tail tip).
I had some corn feed out on this stump and it attracted a lot of attention.
The coons liked it.
The coyotes liked it.
They liked it a lot.
They even tried to reserve it for themselves.
Possum.
King of the hill coyote.
Pretty much gone by now.
The coyotes were everywhere this week.
Three of them in the main field.
I gave them a little more corn this weekend.
The gobblers are still around.
Oh, and there were some bucks. This is Squid.
I'm not sure who this is but I'd like to meet him.
Long G2's on this one but other tines broken already?
Daylight. Nice.
A different guy? Wide.
Broken one.
It's all a blur.
More daylight.
Junior varsity fight.
Gobblers.
Peek a boo.
