It was quite a change to return to this weather after being in Florida. I snuck out for an afternoon hunt during muzzleloader season - even though the high was 18F.
I thought that the turnips might be of interest so I chose the main field.
In spite of the cold, it was a beautiful afternoon.
But I never saw anything move.
The cameras had some items of interest. Bobcat?
Sure enough - here's the same shot blown up.
This coyote decided to sit down in front of the camera.
Then he must of noticed something out in the field.
So he went into stealth mode.
Some nice bucks still around.
This sure looks like a buck who has already dropped antlers.
Still some sparring.
