Do I Need an Ark?

It's Sunday morning and the skies are dumping.  I'm not sure that I will be able to get much accomplished today.  There was some nice weather this week and that allowed the survey crew to get out on the boundary marking project.
They found all but one of the corner pins.  The one they couldn't find was right by the barn.  They'll be out to set a new pin soon.
Three dots and/or ribbons on the corner near a pin.
Thru the woods, they mark trees on either side of the line if there isn't a tree directly on it.
The combination of tape and paint make it very obvious right now.  The tape probably won't last that long.  The paint can be renewed.
 The survey crew at work.
I got some fence posts and painted the end up with pretty pink fluorescent paint.  I'm going to drive these near the corner pins (when weather permits).
The deluge hadn't started yet on Saturday.
Red bellied woodpecker at the feeder.
I believe that the purple are violets - not sure what the white is.
 The start of some redbuds.
Can you tell that my daughter is an editor for a veterinary journal?
 Beech snag.
The valley stand is in decline.  The roof and floor are rotted thru.  The area around it is surrounded by prickers - mostly wineberry, black raspberry, and greenbrier.  Probably some multiflora rose too.
Strutting showed up on several cameras.
There are surely some nice gobblers around.

Many predators too.
 Bobcat.

 Red fox.

 Grey fox.

This camera clock keeps defaulting back to January of 2015.
 Bobcat again.
 Coyote.
Of interest to the predators.
 Turkeys, rabbits, squirrels...
Possums, mice, coons, skunks...

And eventually fawns and poults.

I think deer coats are in transition.
 Buck.

More bucks.

 Pregnant?
Rushing to make the camera run before the rain on Saturday.
It held off until 6:00 or so (mostly).
