More FamilyFest and Trailcams

The trailcams had some of the action from last weekend.
We had all four grandkids and their parents in town for the weekend.
Nature walk.
 Turned into kid carry.
But we had a lot of fun.

When we came back this week, it was quite wet.  No tilling of fields this weekend.
We still had two of the grandkids in town.
And a visit from Dave and his family.
Lucy wasn't too impressed.
 Everybody did some fishing.
 Charlie caught a bass.
The big boys were reeling them in.
Amy's prize.
Farm dinner.
Breaking them in young on s'mores.
 It took some assistance.
But it was a big hit.
 Tough day.
I put on some muck boots and did a little bit of weeding in the pumpkin patch (by Roundup).
Sharp eyes - Amy spotted something...
 Bullfrog.
She also saw this buck coming wandering thru the field at about 11:00am.  By the time she got the phone on him, he was moving.
Hard to tell from the photos but he's a good one.  I had a bachelor group of 4 nice bucks wander near the porch at sundown and I a saw a really nice buck down by the pond.
I had helpers for the mowing.
 Everybody wanted to help.
Lots of touring.  Notice the neighbors corn - shoulder high already.

 The fawns are growing.

 Twins.

This coyote looks like a wolf.
 Turkeys.

I don't see a lot of skunks (luckily).
 Young fox.

 Many buck photos - here's a sampling.
